Production Line

A PU sandwich panel discontinuous production line is used for manufacturing PU sandwich panels in a manual or semi-automatic process. This method is ideal for producing specialized panels or low-volume production runs that cannot be handled by continuous lines. The line mainly consists of roll forming machine(roof&wall) ,automatic laminating mold, two components high pressure foaming system.

5Ton Hydraulic Decoiler With Car

Decoiling System is to feed the color steel sheet to roll forming machine. The capacity of the decoiler will be decided by supplied the coil weight.

Roll Forming System

The number of roll forming machines depends on numbers of finished panels customer needs.

Guiding Device

Adopting guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The sheet is guided in the correct position and runs to the roll forming equipment. The transverse position of the guiding device can be adjusted by screw.

Roll Forming Device

Forming roller adopts No.45 steel, surface polishing treatment and hard chrome plating.Roller shaft adopt No.45 steel after quenching and tempering process. The support structure mode is column.

Automatic Laminating Mold

Lower Loading Board

There are two lower loading boards on 2+2 machine, one used for pre-assembling and the other for foam curing. As key components, the boards must meet strength, stiffness and unilateral requirements. Annealing and polishing treatment are necessary for stable precision and long service life.

Upper Loading Board

The fundamental and structure are same with the lower loading board. Two sets of the loading boards are also key components of the machine. They have high strength, stiffness and flatness and have annealing treatment.

Hydraulic System

Hydraulic system automatically compensates pressure, low pressure driving, and high pressure maintaining pattern fully saves space and energy.

Heating System

Water pipe circulation loop is contained in each loading board, so we can use hot-water to heat each board separately to ensure the curing temperature.

Guiding Rail and Frame

Steel-work welded guiding rail is fixed on both sides. It guides the loading boards when they come in and out of the foaming machine.

Mixing Head and Movable Car

They are equipped to meet different positions. Movable car is driven by motor reducing gear, and it leads the mixing head to move left-to-right. Spring retractor helps the mixing head move up-to-down, the moving height highly matches feeding height.

Moulds

Panel dimensions are all available by changing moulds.
