Hydraulic Decoiler
Upper and down hydraulic decoiler each set. Each set of decoiler includes feeding trolley, hydraulic station, decoiler main machine with auxiliary support structure.
Filming Slitting and Cutting
Filming the plastic film on the panel surface .The pre-cutter is used for cutting the single skin panel when it needs to change to be another profile.
Upper Roll Forming Machine
Upper roll forming machine is overhead the production line, it is mainly used for producing inner surface of sandwich panel. In order to save the equipment investment, normally upper roll forming machine produce the panels for public use, so that can meet the requirements of wall panel and roof panel. For special joint panels, adopts quick-changing assembly or double-station roll forming unit, so that can change the profiles. This machine’s feature is adopting Integral hoisting to carry out the quick changing.
Transition Bridge After Rolling Forming
This part adopt hot air cycle heating method, the temperature of air can be adjusted steplessly and high controlling accuracy so that to control the temperature in the suitable range for foaming and solidification, and ensure high quality panels. After panels preheated, there is the thermometer and the temperature of 2 metal sheets is showed on the screen, easy to see.
Down Roll Forming Machine
Down roll forming machine is very important, it is used for forming outer panel, which will influence the surface quality of sandwich panel. This is one core part of the whole production line, which is one of important steps for guaranteeing the high-quality sandwich panel.

The rockwool turning conveyor is mainly used to move the cut rockwool strips parallel to the main line, preparing for the next 90-degree turn to enter the main line.
Rockwool turnover---rockwool 90-degree board flipping system is one of the core equipment of the entire rockwool line, which is directly related to the production capacity and the number of operators of the production line. The slit rock wool strips are flipped 90 degrees to make the fiber direction upright to improve the strength of the rockwool strips.
Rockwool edge milling machine is used to mill the edge of the rock wool into a cross-section that meets the overlap requirements. The rock wool side edge milling mechanism adopts a three-station milling mechanism to reduce the milling amount.
Dust Removal System
A lot of dust is generated during rock wool cleaning and cutting with a cutting disc saw, which harms the health of workers, pollutes the production environment, and endangers the safety of equipment. This equipment collects and processes dust to create a good production environment.
Pre-heating
The heating way of the preheating oven is air heating. The heating power heat the air through the heating transformer, the heated air then is fanned to the preheating oven to heat the moving 2 coil sheets. Heat air forms a recycle and temperature adjusted stepless. In the process of laminating for the polyurethane panel, before fill the polyurethane to the even moving 2 coil sheet, the 2 coil sheet should be preheated, it will make the foaming more steady and make it easy to attach the polyurethane to the coil sheet. After panels preheated, there is the thermometer and the temperature of 2 metal sheets is showed on the screen, easy to see.
Double Belt System
Double belt conveyor machine is the core unit for the high quality Polyurethane Sandwich panel production line. It is mainly used to overcome the expansibility of foaming and make it to solid, and decide the panel thickness and the production speed .Side belt is overcome horizontal expansion and decide the width of panel and guiding to panels.
Automatic Tracking Band Saw
Band saw is used for cutting the composite panels which come out from double-belt into fixed length to meet the requirements of different orders.
Stacking System
It is used for stacking finished goods. Two panels can be stacked at the same time if panel length is less than 7.5m;one panel can be stacked if length is more than 7.5m.
Packing System
Packing machine is equipment that used for plastic packing for the panels after neatly stacking. Our company’s wrapping machine has the functions of two ends of panel packing, auto block putting and packing according the panel length. It can packing the six sides of sandwich panels and blocks at one time, and has good tightness and automation.
