Production process and composition

Divided into two parts: unloading area and forming area

unloading area : Loading→Uncoiling→Leveling→Beading→Slanting Cross Shearing→Slitting Slitting→Conveying (one of them is palletized manually)

forming area:Conveying → punching head → cutting gap → forming on one side → punching → discharge → turning→ Aligning → forming the other side edge → punching and stamping → finished product discharge (manual off-line palletizing)
