Brief Instruction
High speed steel coil slitting line is used for uncoiling, slitting and recoiling the steel plate to prepare for the next process.
Hydraulic Entry Coil Car
The car can move levelly and 180 degrees of rotation, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.
It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.
The movement is driven by cycloid motor,and 180 degree rotation requires manual assistance.
The capacity of it can reach to 10Tons(MAX).
Function: It is used to lift up and down, with 180 degrees of rotation,make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving and Manual 180 degree rotation. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. Its moving speed is 6-7m/min. When the coils on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.
Hydraulic De-coiler
Structure: Hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the inner hole of steel coils.
Specification: Φ520max/480min×1300mm.
The max capacity: 10T with simple supporting stand.
Function: Fixed the coil to achieve unwinding function, with brake. The car makes the inner holes of steel coils aim at the de-coiler center. The hydraulic expand and shrink de-coiler is driven by hydraulic, to tight the inner hole of steel coil.
Side Guide Device
It is used to guide the sheet right into the slitter.
The adjusting width is: 500-1300mm.
Slitting Machine
Electric motor: 4KW frequency conversion control motor to control the speed. Control mode is frequency control.
Reducer: cycloidal reducer.
Function: It equips the side guide device, to achieve positioning strip and stop the jumping of strip. Improve the accuracy of slitting. It can shear actively or passively. To achieve different strip thickness accuracy requirements of slitting.
Scrap Winder
It used to wind the scarp strips.
It consists of base, the shaft and plate of scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, decelerator and 3kw motor.
Damping Device
The frame welded by steel plates.
Consist of base, pre-dividing shaft, bracket, press shaft, hydraulic damp device and hydraulic shaft lifting the press down device. Supporting slices, spacers and etc.
Function: It also have the side guide device for finished strips and prevent them from jumping and improve the recoiler quality. To establishing a stretching force with recoilier, to make sure the even quality and tight of steel coils after recoiling.
Hydraulic Recoiler
Structure: hydraulic expand and shrink model.
Φ508mm×1300 Specification of shaft: Φ508mmx1300.
Capacity: P≤10T with simple supporting stand.
Motor: 15KW.
Overall steel plate cantilever structure.
Function: It cooperates with the finished steel strips after first pre-dividing and second dividing to insure the even and tight quality of recoiler. Recoiling tension adjustable, Recoiling speed adjustable.

Electrical Control System
It controls the speed of the whole line. The main operation table can make the whole line change from high to low speed. And it can also make the plate into the machine manually.
