Production Process and Composition

Unloading Area

Brief Description of The Function, Structure and Main Parameters of The Production Line Configuration Unit Machine

Uncoiler One Set

It is equipped with a feeding trolley, which moves longitudinally and feeds materials. The trolley lifting platform is driven by hydraulic control, and the motor is driven to walk.

Leveling Machine

Purpose: to correct the curled sheet into the flat sheet necessary for forming.
Function and structure: used for leveling sheets. It consists of feeding guide device, leveling roller, pneumatic pinch roller, power part and frame composition. Independent three-phase motor drive. The worm gear mechanism is used to adjust the upper and lower gap of the leveling work roll. The leveling speed is adjustable by frequency conversion. The gas source is provided by the customer. The 9 leveling rollers are arranged in a staggered arrangement, 4 on top and 5 on the bottom.

Adjustable Angle Diagonal Cut

Function: Cut out the end of the sheet at 1.5°-13° for the slitting process.
Structure: The shearing machine adopts a mechanical shearing machine, with positioning and clamping devices for precise cutting. The frame is a steel plate welded structure with reliable working performance. The sliding of the upper tool post adopts friction plates and straight guide rails, which can easily adjust the gap of the guide rails and easily ensure the cutting quality. The blade gap is adjusted by the hollow screw and adjusting screw in front of the worktable according to the needs of the plate thickness.

Punching and Cutting of Excess Material and Notching of Ends

Function: Cut off the excess sheet of the material head and punch out the gap at the end.
Structure: Manual feeding, feeding and positioning of sheet materials. The button controls the work of the punching machine.

Roll Forming Two Sets

Function: Roll the ridge section of the roof of various specifications.
Structure: Adopting a multi-roller cold bending forming machine, through 14 rollers, the required cross-section is formed one by one. The forming machine adopts a welded steel plate frame, a single cantilever structure, driven by a three-phase cycloid gear motor, a chain drive mechanism, and a fixed speed.

Dripping Eaves Forming Machine One Set

Function: used to press out the dripping eaves of the broken top plate.
Structure: adopts four-column hydraulic press structure, hydraulically drives the forming mold, manual feeding in and out of the forming machine, the stopper is positioned against the end of the sheet, and the hydraulic cylinder drives the forming mold to turn the end of the profile down.

Hydraulic Decoiler With Car

It is used to support steel coil and steel coil unwinding, single cantilever mechanism, the fuselage is welded by section steel and steel plate, the motor reducer drives the uncoiling, and the hydraulic drive wedges tighten the inner wall of the coil. With hydraulic auxiliary support, with pressing arm, with outer baffle, to prevent the material from loosening, install the brake device, the mandrel can be locked to prevent rotation when the machine is stopped, the operation is convenient, the labor intensity can be reduced, and the photoelectric device controls the material level. Loading car: using lateral movement for feeding.

Pressing Head

The press head mechanism is adopted to prevent the curled sheet from being automatically loosened and hurting people when uncoiling. The upper and lower pressing wheel devices of the shovel head are added, so that the sheet is pressed straight and running at the same time, which is convenient for the smooth feeding of the plate head. The shovel head device is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, and the pressing head is driven by an electric reducer to drive the pressing roller.

Feeding and Leveling

The longitudinal centering of the guide device is adjustable, and the adjustable handwheel is on one side, which can be positioned and locked. Leveling :It is used to flatten the sheet and guide the sheet. It is composed of feeding guide device, leveling roller, pneumatic pinch roller, power transmission and frame. Using worm gear mechanism to adjust the upper and lower gap of leveling work roll.

Roll Forming Machine

The forming machine is composed of arch roll frame, machine base, drive system, roller, etc.
The drive system consists of the main motor, the main reducer an the gear box. Driven by the main motor and the main reducer, it is drive t the gear box, and the output shaft of the gear box transmits the power to the upper and lower shaft rollers of the forming machine through the universal joint coupling. The arch roll frame is a casting. The base adopts section steel welded structure. After stress relief treatment, the work surface is integrally processed and assembled on the machining center to ensure the relative assembly accuracy of the arch.

Hydraulic Punching

The hydraulic punching mechanism consists of a frame, a base, a punching models, a hydraulic cylinder and a pressing mechanism, a servo motor, a precision screw, a guide rail, etc.

Bending & Cutting

Bending Function: Integral bending design, according to the radian arbitrary adjustment.
Structure: The main body adopts the principle of three-roller bending, and the arc-shaped downward structure is used. Button operation starts and stops operation. Two-pass clamping.
Used to cut off shaped parts to length. It adopts four-column guide post and guide sleeve press structure, independent hydraulic system, touch screen to set cutting length, encoder automatically measures the length, when the set length is reached, the molding machine stops, and the action of the hydraulic cylinder drives the cutting mold to cut off the profile. The host runs automatically after cutting off. A set of shearing dies is included. Knives specially designed for profiles. The blade gap is adjustable to adapt to different plate thicknesses.

Hydraulic System

Function: Control the relevant hydraulic actions of functional units such as decoiler with car, shovel head, forming cutting, punching, stacking and so on.

Electrical System

Function: centralized control of the connection action of the whole line unit machine.
The whole line is equipped with emergency stop buttons to ensure the safety of equipment and operators. The peripheral connection of the control line adopts a quick plug, which does not require wiring when debugging the equipment. The connection of the electrical control line can be quickly completed according to the label, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly and has high reliability. It has the function of fault detection: the signal sequence of the production line is detected and checked in sequence, errors are found, alarms and shutdowns are performed. The control power supply uses 24V, and the electrical control has short circuit, overload, overvoltage, overcurrent, and other protection functions.

Producing the necessary waste, the cutter is designed to contour the shear cavity to prevent deformation of the section and reduce the occurrence of burrs in the section. The forming shear is mounted on the linear guide base, and the lead screw adjusts the distance between the punch and the punch. After adjustment, the number of downtimes can be reduced as much as possible, and the production efficiency is improved.
