Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Line is the automation equipment that can continuously and efficiently produce polyurethane sandwich panels of exquisite and diverse shapes. This Sandwich panel line has the advantages such as high durability, easy management, technology equivalent to those of advanced European companies and relatively competitive price, and it is the excellent facility that has been exported to Europe, Asia, Middle East, Russia and so forth as well as domestic market and is well received from customers.
Our PU sandwich panel has high strength and durability of insulating ability. In addition, we use the PIR (Poly Isocyanurate) which it has the resistance to flame so the panel has the high resistance to flame. Also HCFC-14b the blowing unit as well as the Pentane the eco-friendly material will make more safety and better environment as it’s the “GREEN” unit.

Hydraulic Decoiler

Decoiling System is to feed the color steel sheet to the sandwich panel production line continuously .The capacity of the decoiler will be decided by supplied the coil weight and the minimum to two decoiling systems are necessary for one sandwich panel production line but some customers need more decoiling systems to save the loss time during coil changing.

Filming Slitting and Cutting

Filming the plastic film on the panel surface .The pre-cutter is used for cutting the single skin panel when it needs to change to be another profile.

Roll Forming System

The PU sandwich panel is composed of upper steel sheet, middle thermal insulation material and down steel sheet, the up forming machine can be only installed on the above of down roll forming machine, to meet process requirement, not intervene with down roll forming machine and also save workshop space, so a independent installation platform is needed.
Upper roll forming machine is overhead the production line, it is mainly used for producing inner surface of sandwich panel. In order to save the equipment investment, normally upper roll forming machine produce the panels for public use, so that can meet the requirements of wall panel and roof panel. For special joint panels, adopts quick-changing assembly or double-station roll forming unit, so that can change the profiles. This machine’s feature is adopting Integral hoisting to carry out the quick changing.
Down roll forming machine is very important, it is used for forming outer panel, which will influence the surface quality of sandwich panel. This is one core part of the whole production line, which is one of important steps for guaranteeing the high-quality sandwich panel.

Pre-heating

The heating way of the preheating oven is air heating. The heating power heat the air through the heating transformer, the heated air then is fanned to the preheating oven to heat the moving 2 coil sheets. Heat air forms a recycle and temperature adjusted stepless. In the process of laminating for the polyurethane panel, before fill the polyurethane to the even moving 2 coil sheet, the 2 coil sheet should be preheated, it will make the foaming more steady and make it easy to attach the polyurethane to the coil sheet. After panels preheated, there is the thermometer and the temperature of 2 metal sheets is showed on the screen, easy to see.

Two-component PU High Pressure Foaming System

The high-pressure foaming system comprises a two-component high-pressure foaming system, Mix well within the required pouring amount and mixing ratio adjustment range (viscosity: 500~2000cps, B material <50cps, mixing ratio A: B=100:50-120).
The amount of glue applied to the sheet: about 300g/m2 to 600g/m2 (double sided) (adjustable)
Design mixing ratio: A: B = 100: 50 - 120 (adjustable).
Working height of the glue spraying device: The upper plate is about 1500± 100 mm.
Lower plate approximately 1250±100 mm.

Double Belt System

Double belt conveyor machine is the core unit for the high quality Polyurethane Sandwich panel production line. It is mainly used to overcome the expansibility of foaming and make it to solid, and decide the panel thickness and the production speed .Side belt is overcome horizontal expansion and decide the width of panel and guiding to panels.

Automatic Tracking Band Saw

Band saw is used for cutting the composite panels which come out from double-belt into fixed length to meet the requirements of different orders.

Cooling System

It is used for those panels which just come out from the double belt and the core parts of which are not completely solidified even still in a reaction. We do this is to avoid a series of problems caused by the non-uniform heat dissipating of the sandwich panel which stack immediately. Our company’s cooling bed has the characteristics of working smoothly and good rigidity, and can load the PU panels with thickness of 200mm. It adopts servo- control system to make three panels in and out at the same time to achieve the biggest utilization rate of the cooling bed.

Stacking System

It is used for stacking finished goods. Two panels can be stacked at the same time if panel length is less than 7.5m;one panel can be stacked if length is more than 7.5m.
