Rockwool System

1)Brief introduction

The whole rock wool system consists of lifting machine, item cutting machine, 90 °turn over array machine, rock wool glue spraying system and dust equipment etc.

The rock wool system is completely automation from putting the rock wool into roller way, then conveying, lifting, pushing, item cutting, corner conveying, guide conveying, 90°turning over, corner arraying, roller conveying.

2)Function

Realize the rock wool conveying, item cutting, turning over, arraying, sending the trapezoid material into the main production line and pushing into the groove of the corrugated panel.

3)Feature

A)Lifting device front transmit roller way adopts chain type conveyor, so it can protect the head of the rock wool; reduce its harm and distortion.

B)Lifting machine adopts inverter control to reduce vibro-impact of the framework when raising the speed of

rock wool, make the whole framework running  high speed and steadily.

C)Item cutting adopts single blade structure, it can raise the speed of itemizing, and reduce the temperature of blade, ensure the cutting flatness.

D)Rock wool 90°turn over device adopts continuous gyration feeding type, it can make sure reliability and rapidity.

E)Array device make the rock wool stagger, avoiding the concentrate  stress from rock wool sandwich panel add its carrying capacity.

Dust collecting device

It mainly consists of fan, filter, wind pipes and so on. bag-type dust collector adopts cartridge filter( import polyester material ), reduce the volume，increase the filter accuracy.

Function ：Collect all the dust while cutting and notch the panels, decrease the environmental effect and pollute.
