It is a roll forming machine that produces metal roof panels specifically designed for the sloped roofs of rice storage warehouses (grain warehouses). These machines take steel coils (galvanized, galvalume, or pre-painted steel) and form them continuously into long roof sheets that have the correct inclined shape, ribs, and strength required for large warehouse roofing.
1.Uncoiling → The steel coil is loaded onto a decoiler
2.Feeding & leveling → Straightens the sheet before forming.
3.Roll forming → A series of rollers gradually shape the steel into the inclined roof panel profile.
4.Embossing/ribbing (optional) → Adds ribs for strength and water drainage.
5.Cutting → Hydraulic or servo cutter trims panels to the desired length.
6.Stacking (optional) → Panels are automatically stacked for easy handling.
Inclined (sloped) profile — allows rainwater to drain efficiently.
Strong ribs — resist wind and heavy loads.
Long span panels — often up to 10–15 meters for large warehouses.
Material: GI/GL/PPGI steel, thickness 0.4–0.8 mm.
Rice and grains need dry storage → roof must prevent leaks and humidity.
Large warehouses require wide-span roofing panels.
Inclined panels make ventilation and water drainage more effective.
Roll forming ensures fast, low-cost, and consistent production of these panels.
The Rice Warehouse Inclined Roof Forming Machine is an industrial production line that makes the metal roof panels with an inclined slope, used to cover large rice/grain warehouses, ensuring they are durable, weatherproof, and cost-efficient.
