A Grain Silo Corrugated Wall Making Machine is designed to manufacture corrugated steel sheets that form the circular walls of grain silos. The process ensures high strength, durability, and easy assembly of silo panels.
1.Decoiling
Steel coils (usually galvanized or pre-galvanized steel) are loaded onto the decoiler.
The coil is unrolled and prepared for continuous feeding.
2.Leveling & Feeding
The sheet passes through a leveling system to remove coil stress and flatten it.
An automatic feeder ensures precise and stable material entry.
3.Corrugation Forming (Roll Forming Process)
The steel sheet is fed through a series of forming rollers.
Each station gradually bends the material, creating the deep corrugated profile required for silo walls.
Corrugation improves structural strength and wind resistance of the silo.
4.Punching (Optional)
A hydraulic punching unit can punch holes along the sheet for bolted connections between panels.
Custom hole spacing is set via PLC control.
5.Cutting to Length
After forming, sheets are cut into required lengths using a hydraulic cutting system.
Cutting accuracy is controlled automatically by the PLC.
6.Run-out & Collection
Finished corrugated sheets are discharged onto a run-out table.
Sheets are stacked, bundled, and prepared for storage or direct shipment.
High-strength corrugated silo wall sheets.
Uniform corrugation for easy assembly on site.
Anti-rust protection (galvanized coating).
Ready for bolted connections with punched holes.
In short: The machine takes in steel coils → flattens → corrugates → punches → cuts → stacks → resulting in ready-to-install silo wall panels.
