Ladder Cable Tray Line

The Automatic Ladder Cable Tray Roll Forming Line is a high-efficiency, continuous production system specifically designed to manufacture ladder-type cable trays from metal coils (GI, MS, stainless steel). It integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, punching, roll forming, and automatic cutting into one synchronized production process.

Main Components of the Line

1.Hydraulic Decoiler – For holding and unwinding steel coils.

2.Feeding & Leveling Unit – Straightens the strip and ensures accurate feeding.

3.Servo Punching System – Punches holes on the side rails (for rungs/connectors) as per CAD drawings.

4.Roll Forming Machine – The core unit; consists of 18–22 stations of forming rollers to shape the side rail profile.

5.Hydraulic Cutting Device – Cuts the formed profile to the preset length (post-cut or pre-cut).

6.PLC Control System – Controls speed, length, punching positions, and production data.
